Arkady Miretsky was born in 1959 in Leningrad, Russia, is married, and has two children. He his begun his professional career in the industry, over 15 years ago, in Colorado Wholesale Meat Distributing Company. Mr. Miretsky is a professional chef of the continental cuisine with many years of experience in a 5-star internationally acclaimed Renaissance hotel chain in the United States in the position of CHEF DE CUISINE.
